Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy applies to all physical and digital products sold or distributed by Brad H. Hill Media Group LLC through our website and affiliated storefronts. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Certain merchandise and physical products sold through our website are produced, packaged, and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partner, Printful, on an on-demand basis.

Products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because of this process, fulfillment and shipping timelines may vary.

3. Processing and Shipping Times

a. Processing Time

Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

b. Shipping Time

After fulfillment, estimated shipping times generally range:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21+ business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional/international carriers depending on destination and fulfillment location.

Tracking information will be provided when available once the order ships.

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage or clearance fees

These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in our listed prices or shipping charges.

Brad H. Hill Media Group LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not liable for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Returned shipments due to failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Brad H. Hill Media Group LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

8. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

Because products are custom-made to order through Printful, all sales are generally final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

a. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • materially different from what was ordered,

you must contact orders@bradhhill.com within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund, at our discretion.

b. No Buyer’s Remorse Returns

Because all merchandise is made to order:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer

  • Color preference changes

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental purchases

  • General dissatisfaction absent defect

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

9. Order Changes / Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before production begins.

Because fulfillment starts quickly after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

To request an order cancellation, email orders@bradhhill.com immediately after purchase.

10. Digital Products

a. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.

b. Refund Policy

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

c. Access Issues

For download/access problems, contact support@bradhhill.com within 7 days.

11. Third-Party Vendors / Marketplaces

Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces including but not limited to:

  • Amazon

  • Apple Books

  • Google Play Books

  • Kobo

  • Reedsy / StreetLib / other platforms

are subject to those vendors’ individual policies.

Please contact the original seller directly regarding those purchases.
