Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Shipping Policy applies to all physical and digital products sold or distributed by Brad H. Hill Media Group, including books, merchandise, and digital downloads. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

2. Physical Shipping (Domestic and International)

Orders are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or international carriers. Delivery times and costs vary by region.

a. International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local postal conditions.

b. Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure all shipping details are correct. We are not liable for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect addresses.

c. Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Brad H. Hill Media Group is not responsible for loss or theft. For delivery disputes, contact the carrier and notify orders@bradhhill.com.

 

3. Fulfillment Partners

Some products are printed, packaged, or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. These vendors operate under strict privacy and quality agreements consistent with our Privacy Policy.

 

4. Processing Times and Pre-Orders

Orders typically process within 3–7 business days. Pre-orders or back-orders may require additional time, and customers will be notified of any delays exceeding 30 days. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines only.

 

5. Refunds and Returns (Physical Products)

a. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact orders@bradhhill.com within 7 business days with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement or refund once verified. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

b. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, certain products (e.g., apparel, signed books, prints) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

c. Exchanges

Exchanges for size or color may be granted if inventory allows. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

d. Partial Refunds or Store Credit

At our discretion, partial refunds or store-credit vouchers may be issued instead of full refunds. Credits expire 12 months after issuance unless otherwise stated.

e. Change of Mind

We cannot accept cancellations or returns once an order is processed, except for verified defects or incorrect shipments.

 

6. Digital Content and Downloadable Products

a. Delivery and Access Duration

Digital products (e-books, audiobooks, or PDFs) are delivered electronically after purchase. Access links remain active for a minimum of 7 days. Downloads are for personal, non-transferable use. We are not responsible for expired or deleted links after this period.

b. Non-Refundable Policy

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access is provided, as digital files cannot be returned.

c. Access Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing digital products, contact support@bradhhill.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance or file reissuance.

 

7. Third-Party Vendors and Marketplaces

Orders placed through external vendors (Amazon, Reedsy, StreetLib, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo, or similar) are governed by their respective policies. Contact those vendors directly for returns or refunds related to third-party transactions.

 

8. International Refund Limitations and Currency

International refunds may take longer or be subject to reduced reimbursement due to currency conversion and foreign bank policies. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Currency conversion rates are determined by your financial institution, and Brad H. Hill Media Group is not responsible for exchange fees or rate changes.

 

9. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins. If an order has not yet shipped, contact orders@bradhhill.com immediately to request cancellation. Approval is not guaranteed.
