General Terms

By accessing or using any service operated by Brad H. Hill Media Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) — including bradhhill.com, the No One Is Normal podcast, merchandise store, book listings, or related social platforms. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
 

If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, purchasers, and content submitters.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

All content published or distributed under Brad H. Hill Media Group — including but not limited to books, audio recordings, images, website text, podcast content, and logos — is the exclusive property of Brad H. Hill Media Group. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

 

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users must not engage in unlawful or disruptive activity, including harassment, spamming, impersonation, or interference with site functionality. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

 

Book Sales and Distribution

Books authored or published under Brad H. Hill Media Group, including No One Is Normal, may be sold or distributed through:
- Official websites (bradhhill.com)
- Amazon Kindle / Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP)
- Apple Books / iTunes
- Google Play Books
- Kobo / Rakuten
- Reedsy Discovery and StreetLib
- Barnes & Noble Press (Nook)
- Other authorized distributors

Digital e-books, audiobooks, and downloadable PDFs may also be sold or delivered through our site or secure third-party vendors. All third-party purchases are subject to their own terms and refund policies. We are not liable for platform outages, pricing discrepancies, or access issues.

 

Merchandise Sales, Shipping, and Refund Policy

Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments, or similar gateways. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or vendor partners. All sales are final except for damaged or incorrect items, which may be replaced or refunded upon request within seven (7) business days. Digital content is non-refundable once delivered.

 

Third-Party Vendors and External Platforms

Interactions with third-party vendors, distributors, or media platforms (including Amazon, Kindle, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Reedsy, and StreetLib) are governed by their individual terms.
 

Brad H. Hill Media Group does not control, endorse, or assume liability for service errors, DRM restrictions, or data breaches on external systems.

 

Podcast Submissions and Participation

By submitting a story, recording, message, or other content (“Submission”) for inclusion in the No One Is Normal podcast or related projects, you confirm your ownership or authorization to share it and consent to our use of it. By submitting, you grant Brad H. Hill Media Group a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, and distribute your Submission. Once published, it cannot be withdrawn or made confidential retroactively.

 

Release and Waiver of Liability

By submitting a story or participating in a podcast episode, you grant Brad H. Hill Media Group permission to record, edit, publish, and distribute your voice, likeness, and story. You waive any right to inspect the final product and release Brad H. Hill Media Group, its affiliates, contractors, and assigns from all related claims. Participation is voluntary and uncompensated unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 

Creative Editing and Discretion

Brad H. Hill Media Group reserves the right to edit, condense, or rearrange Submissions for length or tone and may decline to publish any Submission. We aim to present stories authentically, but creative discretion remains ours.

 

Confidentiality and Public Disclosure

Submissions intended for publication or podcast inclusion are considered non-confidential once accepted. Requests for anonymity must be made in writing, though complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed after publication or broadcast.

 

Guest Conduct and Representation

Guests and contributors must not defame others, disclose confidential information, or misrepresent facts. Brad H. Hill Media Group reserves the right to edit or remove any content that violates these standards or laws.

 

No Professional Advice

All podcast and publication content is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. Listeners and readers should seek professional help for such matters. Brad H. Hill Media Group disclaims all liability for reliance on its content as professional guidance.

 

Disclaimers

All content, materials, and products offered by Brad H. Hill Media Group are provided “as is” for informational or entertainment purposes only. We make no warranties of accuracy, reliability, or merchantability. Creative works reflect personal experiences or opinions and are not factual or advisory.

 

Limitation of Liability

DMCA Takedown Procedure

Brad H. Hill Media Group respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted material has been misused on our website or media, submit a written notice to legal@bradhhill.com, including:
1. Your contact information.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work.
3. The URL or description of where the infringing content appears.
4. A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized.
5. A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
 

We will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question.

 

Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive their rights to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

 

Affiliate and Advertising Disclosures

Brad H. Hill Media Group may engage in affiliate marketing or paid sponsorships with third parties. We may earn a commission or receive compensation when users click on links or purchase products through these partnerships. Such relationships will be clearly disclosed in compliance with FTC 16 CFR Part 255. We are not responsible for claims or representations made by advertisers or affiliates.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Winnebago County, Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

 

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid and enforceable.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and Brad H. Hill Media Group and supersede prior understandings.
